Arrival: Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Early and late arrivals can be accommodated with prior notification.

Parking: Lighthouse Inn provides private, off-street parking to accommodate all bed and breakfast guests.
Departures are 11:00 a.m.
Minimum Stay Reservation: A two-night minimum is required for all beach house stays. A three-night minimum stay is required on holidays and special event weekends.

Nightly Rates: Rates are for single or double occupancy, and, include Stuart’s sumptuous breakfast daily. A one-night room charge, plus local taxes, will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking a reservation.
Bed and Breakfast Booking / Reservation Confirmation: A confirmation letter will be sent to your email address.
Bed and Breakfast Booking / Payment Method: We accept cash, check, travelers checks, Visa, MC and Discover.
Cancellation Policy: Your bed and breakfast deposit will be refunded (less a $25.00 administrative fee) if you cancel 14 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival you will be charged for the full booking, unless we are able to re-book the B&B room.
Tybee Beach and Atlantic Ocean
Children: Children age 18 and older traveling with parents are welcome. We will accept younger children traveling with parents on special occasions after speaking with us. Children MUST have a separate room.
Pets: We are sorry that we are unable to accommodate pets at Lighthouse Inn, Tybee Island, GA.
Smoking: We are a non-smoking historic inn in the Fort Screven Historic District. If you would like to smoke on the front porch or in the garden, we will be happy to provide you with an ashtray. Smoking inside the historic inn will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250.
